Honolulu Distressed Properties!

This is the first of what should be many posts regarding properties that are attempting to do short sales, are in some stage of foreclosure, or are lender owned (AKA-REO, which stands for Real Estate Owned). As of today, these listings are posted in Multiple Listing Service and reflect that some sale condition is required (lender approval, etc.).
