Any Good News Is Good!

We have endured a great deal of bad news since the beginning of the economic mess in which we now find ourselves. It was good to read in Pacific Business News that Hawaii has had an increase in the number of people employed by in the technology business. I think this is the type of job growth we need as it is high paying, clean and can keep our best and brightest home in Hawaii. As for its impact on our real estate market, it can do nothing but expand the pool of qualified buyers for our homes.

“The number of employees in Hawai’i’s high-technology industry increased by 0.8 percent in 2007 from a year earlier, according to a survey being released today.”
