Keahi Pelayo On Keahi Pelayo

During my daily work out I was thinking about things that I believe and then I thought this might make an interesting blog post. If anything it will be cathartic for me, anyway, here goes.
The United States is an exceptional and good nation. There is no better nation on earth than the good old USA. No other country has done more good, created more freedom or offered more opportunity than America. I am proud and honored to be part of an idea (our nation has land, but it is our ideas that make us exceptional) that gives more people equal opportunity and places individual freedoms at the pinnacle of our collective consciousness.
My word is my bond. Call me old fashioned, but if I say I will do something, if it is possible for me to do, I will always do my best to get it done. I believe that a person cannot be held to any contract if they are unethical or slimy. You can expect that I will follow through on my commitments and I expect the people in my life to keep their commitments too.
I don’t mince words. Maybe it is because I was born in December, but I do my best to always give the point blank honest truth. My wife will tell you that I could be more tactful, but I have found that the truth does not need embellishment, setting up or cushioning. Say the truth and it will stand on its own.
There is no better place to put your money than Honolulu real estate. Call me a “homer”, but Oahu’s truly limited land mass combined with no reasonable room to grow in core Honolulu and I think a home or condo in my town is the first major step to your financial freedom. Long-term, owning your own Honolulu home will provide you more financial success and freedom, than placing your money in any other financial vehicle, period. Therefore, if you don’t own your house, your primary financial focus should be to stop renting and start owning.
I am imperfect. I make mistakes, jump the gun and can do better. As hard as I try, sometimes I miss keeping my commitments. Sometimes I am selfish and not totally aware of other people’s needs. Yet I continue to do my best to do my best. When I do make an error I will tell you.
If you would like to discuss your real estate needs, feel free to call me at 808-737-2093 or toll free at 877-737-2093. You can email me at keahi@lava.net.
