National Realtors Mirror Honolulu Real Estate Market

The National Association of Realtors is reporting an increase in the number of pending sales. Based on what I have seen everyday since the New Year, I am convinced that there has been an increase in the number of pending sales in Honolulu.

“According to the industry group, the pending home sales index rose to 96.6 in December from 95.6 in November. The improvement was slightly less than the improvement economists had forecasted, according to Thomson Reuters.”
