New Honolulu Condo Is Selling Well!

Good news the Honolulu Advertiser is reporting the following.

“OliverMcMillan, the new developer of the partially built Pacifica condominium tower in Kaka’ako, reported selling 138 units over the weekend. Even though these results are for a new condo, they echo results I am seeing in the balance of the Honolulu real estate resale market.
